What this agreement is

You hire Bedrock Society Adjusters — licensed Arizona public adjusters — to represent you (not the insurance company) on your property claim. We document your loss, build the file, and negotiate your settlement with the carrier.

What it costs

Our fee is 15% of the additional money we recover for you.

That's money above what the insurance company already paid or offered before we got involved. Example: if the carrier offered $180,000 and we settle your claim at $300,000, our fee is 15% of that $120,000 difference — $18,000 — and you keep the remaining $102,000 of new money, plus the original $180,000.

If we don't get you more, that portion costs you nothing. You never pay out of pocket — the fee comes from the recovery.

What it isn't

You can cancel this agreement. The agreement itself spells out exactly how — including the time window and the simple written notice required. We'll walk through it line by line before you sign, and we'll never hide it from you.

What happens after you sign

1. You get our welcome guide — what happens next, your document checklist, and the exact words to use if your carrier calls.
2. We notify your carrier — from here on, claim communication runs through us.
3. We build your file — photos, inventory, scope, estimates. The documented damage you can defend.
4. We negotiate — and keep you updated at every milestone.
